Cirque - Qi

Here's a combo that I wore over the weekend. Cirque Qi and come complementing coloured full nail water decals from the Born Pretty Store. I actually bought the decals over a year ago, so I no idea if they are still available. But I do like buying cheap sets of water decals in a variety of colours, as it makes for some quick and effective nail art combos.

Cirque Qi is a medium turquoise blue shade with lots of gold glass flecks. Formula is great and this two coats with Seche Vite top coat.

I also tried out Cirque Matte Top coat. It's a good matte top coat that flattens the finish nicely. The formula is also good and doesn't leave any white marks on the nail. I really love the look of Qi mattified, the gold sparks really show through. I hardly ever remember to mattify a mani, but when I do I really love it.
