I have a few Lynnderella's lined up for you that I have been wearing this week. This one is Bride of Franken, which has iridescent blue hexes which shift to purple. To me, it looks like a blue shimmer in a light purple base and I think the blue shimmer shifts a little purple too. All the small silver dots are micro holographic glitter.
This is two coats of Bride of Franken layered over black, and I really love the look, but I wish I knew how I could get it to look like it does in the bottle on my nail. The bottle is so glowy with a light purple jelly that really does look like its glowing! What other layering combinations have you tried with this polish that look great, cause at the moment I'm not sure what else to try.
I love this on you Cathy! BoF is great over.... everything LOL
ReplyDeleteHa Ha - Over everything! Ok, at least I know I can't go wrong!
DeleteThis over Revlon Royal would be absolutely mindblowing <3
ReplyDeleteMe too I thought about "Royal" :>
DeleteOr a lighter base, but always jelly.
You know I don't own Royal, but I keep thinking I need it. This might just be the polish to close the deal!
Deleteperfect!
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous! So jealous of your nails right now! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you - I'm wearing my nails much shorter now, and I really love it. I shudder when I look back at my earlier swatches with the long nails!
DeleteI loveee Bride of Franken! Wish there was some way to wear the bottle color on the nails too! Will be super cool to have glowy nails ;p
ReplyDeleteYeah, I want the bottle colour, but I also want the iridescent blue glitter to glow too!
DeleteThose Lynnderella glitters are kiling me, they are all so amazing, so pretty that make us want them all!
ReplyDeleteTuli from PrettifyourNails
Thanks Tuli - sorry to post so many pretties, especially when they are so hard to get!
DeleteOmg same! I love it over black but damnit I want the glow-y purple!
ReplyDeleteRight on!
DeleteI wonder what it would look like under some sort of super bright purple or something like that?
ReplyDeleteIts a really gorgous color over black!
I'm gonna have to get a me a super bright purple, cause that sounds like it would be awesome!
DeleteI want a Lynderella polish so badly! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean. It took me a long time to get them and I love them so much!
DeleteGreat pics, Bride of Franken is so darn hard to photograph
ReplyDeleteI hear you there! I took so many pictures of this and still didn't get the purple shimmer!
DeleteThis is gorgeous! I wonder how it would look over a-england Avalon?
ReplyDeleteMan, another perfect suggestion, and damn it's for another polish that I don't own! *adds Avalon to wish list*
DeleteThe first swatch of Bride of Franken I saw was on www.stephscloset.com and I think it was over a lilac lavender color. The combination had a similar effect to the bottle. It seems that the base was Rimmel Wild Orchid.
